I just used the preloaded setup #2, and made small modifications from there. Posted 1:37.780. I'm just an average driver, I am sure that someone could do better but, I'm making my contribution.
Notes:
PS4...controller...minor assistance in ABS

With this setup i managed a 1.34,262 in Time Trial. I am currently 5th in the PC leaderboards
I drive with a T500 F1 and no assists

If the Setup is to understeery for you higher up the frontwing and put the ballast to 10
Maybe lower the On Throttle value to 90

Ok, I am not as fast as M. R. above me, but I do have an extensive and detailed lap guide (commentary) with a steering wheel, pedals, and absolutely no assists so that anyone watching can, in theory, become faster than me. The video is below.
