As far as I can tell, Schumacher isn't replaced but his apperance is. His name is stil mentioned but, yeah the looks, are from Hamilton. Is there a possibility to get Schumacher in his full appereance back but also keep the car?

You can just re-import the face from the Schumacher original game file.

If you want the gloves too, that will need a lot of work on re-doing the helmet textures aswell as re-dong the glove logo textures too.
