is it possible with the following setup

- 12GB MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GAMING X TRIO
- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8x 3.80GHz
- Corsair DIMM 32 GB DDR4-3600

to run a Tripple Screen setup with 3 x Gigabyte Aorus f048u and still have good quality?

Just barely, borderline. Depends on sim and how many AI.

Triple 4K really needs a RTX4090 to be viable.

Although you can run the F048U @ Triple 2560x1440 @ 120Hz at medium graphics settings to ease up stress on your 3080Ti.
