Skin updates & some new add-ons

Hi Guys

I've made the skin a shade lighter for better detail, especially on track and then also added a new helmet design.
The helmet design is my first time doing a complete one so it's basic but still better than racing with a defaut one.

Hope you guys like all the new updates. have fun

Update details:

- Made the skin a shade lighter for better detail

- New helmet glass
- New race suit & gloves
- New ac_crew dds (pit board)...
