Mounting joystick to simrig

Sorry if this is slightly off topic, but I want to dual purpose my rig for simracing and DCS/Elite Dangerous. I've got a t1600m and tcws throttle.

I've managed to mount the throttle, but I'm struggling for ideas to mount the t1600m to the 8020.

Has anyone done this successfully, and if so, how did you do it?

I used a simlab mouse mat mount for my throttle and another for my joystick and it works well. I've since put the throttle on a slider so I can move it out of the way to actually get in the rig...

That is an older version of my rig, but should give you an idea. Planning to do an upgrade to move the stick to the center soon with a quick fix solution.
