Tested Le Mans with the Mazda now and the Porsche 919 Hybrid 2016 (LMP1). Quite a difference I can tell What would make this race perfect for me would be time speed x24 so that we actually drive through a whole night in game, but I'm definitely hyped for the races!

That depends. When the leader crosses the finishline after 60 minutes, your current lap will be the last one. But when the leader starts his lap at 59:59 he and all other drivers will need to do one more lap.

I'll fuel for 13 laps, just in case.

I've put an hour of practice in and am reasonably comfortable and getting up to speed. About 6 seconds off a fast time but I have more time in me.

The long straights gave me plenty of time to drink my beer tonight.

Tried everything to get more speed, unsuccessfully, from the Abarth, it would be nice to get some lap times from the others.
I have not a clue to where the other Abarths and Mazda are with times here.
Pretty sure neither have been here before, did look everywhere to no avail.
It is such a long circuit, good corner exits are so important.
The Mazda is certainly quicker in the corners, but I am not sure if it can capitalise on that, certainly as Alan has indicated that the times are close, just do not know that time.
Usually I have an idea what I am looking for, It is so disconcerting to practise blind, probably why I have not done much here so far.
It taken a long time so far to just do five or six practice laps.

Oh, agree Carsten, the Mazdas are going to post some impressive times here in the race if they are mixed in with the Abarth’s.

At present, I am on Mazda pace, so very grateful for all the info chaps. Let's hope that remains valid until Wednesday.

I´m not so shure about that.

Yes, the AI barths do 2 pitstops. But they are crap with fuel planning, they always start with 30l and are completly surprised that it´s not enough .

So we need real world data.

Have not had much time this week to do much with the gt race or the Wednesday race.
It is so great to see how much attention this Abarth vs Mazda is causing.
Just had a few moments to look at the response in this forum.
It is like listening to all the banter on discord., when everyone is up for a race.

You need 90 litres for an hour of racing, so it does not mater how you fuel, it will always take two pit stops.
If I get time will double check, pretty sure that is reasonably correct.

I am expecting the Mazdas to deal us poor old Abarth drivers a demoralising defeat.

It wont need 2 pitstops Ernie,think you need to throw that old Abacus away lol..Im running the Abarth at 5.4ltrs a lap,tank holds 35ltrs,so 1 stop will do..Defo be a 12 lap race,even if it goes to 13 laps should still be enough..
