New league member - Helder Filipe

As you might have suspected, Helder Filipe have joined our league and will participate at Interlagos

Since he announced his interest he has both shown that he can race consistantly and safely, and through his posts and other communication that he understands what Presto GP is all about

All the guys I have talked to have given their thumbs up for this guy, so I am very happy to welcome Helder as a great addition to our league.

Yes i'm still in the prestoGP league, i missed some races because of some pc probs and overtime at my job.
But normaly i will race in the next races.
