newbie/ amateur back to PC's after 10years..3x monitors?

Dear all, I am currently building my new PC for Racing Simulator primarily/ mainly and secondary FPS gaming (Arma3) and as work/ office computer.
Now my question is, with a single Nvidia TITAN X that i have, can i run without any problems 3x (triple screen setup) with no issues at all? Could i run, i am just wondering and the only main reason holding me up, and can't get my head wrapped around, if i want to go with:

3x 1920x1080 (Full HD) G-Sync (like: Acer 27 " XB270H Abprz or Philips 27" 272G5DYEB) -or-

3x 2560x1440 (WQHD) G-Sync (like: Asus 27" ROG SWIFT PG278Q or 27" Acer XB270HU bprz) -or-

3x 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) G-Sync (like: Acer 28" XB280HK bprz) --- but here i am really concerned abouttriple setup and my single (1x) Nvidia GTX Titan X being able to handle all 3x displays while playing a Racing Simulator Game or Flight Simulator Game, not to mention a FPS (First Person Shooter) game.

unless, I really think about adding another Nvidia GTX Titan X to run with/ in 2-WAY SLI Bridge.

You can try comparing with the R9 295x for a rough estimative, as their scores in benchmarks are very similar. But keep in mind that the performance can be very different when actually gaming.

Personally I would go for the second option (3x 2560x1440 (WQHD) G-Sync (like: Asus 27" ROG SWIFT PG278Q or 27" Acer XB270HU bprz))

This rig would run this display configuration with ease; sim racing is best enjoyed when you can achieve a smooth and steady frame rate, obviously the higher the better, but I find lag and micro-stuttering spoil the feel of the game completely.

I'd love to see this rig in action when you get it all set up, it costs more than I'm prepared to spend on a new car!

hi there, thanks for your recommendation and getting back to me on this, appreciate the compliment, believe me it was not easy, but after over 10 years, i want to have something my son and i can enjoy for long time to come with little upgrades (IT/ tech of course always upgrades) but with this rig maybe step by step over time.
still running Win2K/ WinNT with Pentium 4 / 1.8GHz and upgraded loooong time ago to 768MB RAM. so now it is time to enjoy the relaxed time and payback for all the years in the sandpits and other pits around the world!

and I am looking forward to it and can't wait to get my system going!!!
once I have this system going with my rig and start it up, will share pictures and videos for sure!

so here is my summary after all the input and feedback:
1) Acer XB270HU bprz (IPS panel, just trying to figure out if this monitor has G-Sync? downside, thicker bezel and glossy finish...reflections) - review: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/acer_xb270hu.htm

Future Music! but would be awesome!!! although hearing mixed feeling about curved displays....

Did you find somebody who is running 3x 1440p? That's a lot of pixels to serve also for a monster card as yours. I remember here was somebody who tried this, but I cannot recall what his experiences were.

Servus Dietmar, niemanden gefunden. so far nobody, but i think i will give it a try, since most Titan X users through Nvidia community have told me it works, and i will just want to risk it, else will send 1440 back and get 1080's instead. (also have 2-WAY SLI GTX Titan X from Monday 11th, so that will surely help i hope) but will leave my experience and share with everyone.

I have been doing some research as well.
3 x projectors with 180 degree screen
OR 3 x 27" monitors.
290x crossfire or 980 SLI.

Overall power use excludes the projector idea(for me). 300w per projector, plus 2 gpus? with 2000-5000 hour bulb life ($300.00 per bulb). My triple monitor setup is on almost 24/7.

Not sure if I want 1080p 27" monitors or 1440p
1080p would get me higher frame rates in triple screens
I have read that 1080p in 27" is grainy, but haven't seen video comparing the two.
Also want 120hz, thin bezels

Although the 290x is better price for performance (now), what about 1 or 2 years from now? 290x uses "about" 50W (idle)/100W (under load), more than the 980. Over time, will electric bills offset the $150-$200 price difference? And the extra heat generated by the 290x's.....Then resale value.

I'm thinking going the 27" 1080p/120hz, 980 SLI route for 5760x1080 gaming.
I'm just not certain. If I could see a 1080p vs 1440p setup , it would help alot.

i am waiting to see what the next 2-3 months will bring, will wait surely, there some brands in the run for the next quarter and announced new monitors, so surely the new ones will drive the existing prices down (like always, even if a little) and we shall see what the new monitors are bringing us. (benq, asus and acer so far new models coming...apparently all with G-Sync and various models, looks like attack of manufacturers into the gamer monitor market)
