a user on Steam did receive an response on lobby issues from RACEROOM,
that they closed down the Lobbies, but forget to inform the user
here the part of the message from AdmV0rl0n

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the Race07 server isn't available any longer. There should have been an announcement in the forums that it will be terminated by the end of July.
