Options For Handling Lapped Cars

The user can select, for example,

in the event of a restart with 15 laps or less remaining, all Cars not on the lead Car lap will be moved to the rear of the field

or

regardless of how many laps have been run, all Cars not on the lead lap will be moved to the rear of the field

or

cars always restart in the same order they were in before the Safety Car came out

etc.

So, for the present race, user would have different options with how it wants the game to handle the lapped cars in the race in terms of a restart after a Safety Car.
