OSR - Opensimracing?

Has anyone dealt with them recently? Its the guys who does the digital DIY plans in both metal and wood. I ordered some plans over a week ago and havent heard from them since. No plans, no message (they seen my message in FB, but not replied), nothing. But the moneys been charged.
