It's all about the track. There are 3 levels of tire wearout in game and it all depends on the level. On the recommended strategy you can see around how many laps they'll last. But it differs because it's a stupid game. Sometimes it says you can do 25 laps on a set of tires and you can't do more than 15 and sometimes it says you can do 10 laps and you can do over 15. If you're practicing for a League race or something - just do one race single player and you'll see the tire wearout. No one can answer you exactly how many laps on a tire compound.
