Porsche 962c

Hi there,

I recently downloaded the glorious Porsche 962c. The car shows up in the UI, but the game will not load it on a track; it just goes back to the UI screen. Any ideas?

Chances are you downloaded the super old ripped/illegally converted mod since there is no scratch made version completed yet.

That said, the mod author probably hasnt updated in ages and isnt compatible with v1.4.3 of Assetto Corsa. Outdated tire model, physics files, sound files, aero files, etc. My guess would be the sound files though.

Okay, thanks guys. Hopefully someone will update the mod. I watched a couple Youtube videos featuring this mod, and it looks fantastic.

Check the aero.ini file. If it has a [Data] section, delete that. It's obsolete and causes this issue.

I removed the aero file resulting in no change.

He meant delete the data section in the aero.ini file. Not the file itself.
