I finally tried the track, and this version is quite poor. Besides the bad textures and what looks like ripped Kunos-trees, no proper road physics and the kerbs are way to harsh.
Any one has a better known working version, I think everyone should update it.

Guys ..when you can not select a gear and you can not move ...it is a server issue my end, don't ask why cause I ain't got a bloody glue why it happens ...The server just needs stopping and starting.

You really should not make accusations like that without proof...the track version will not change.
