Question: Lock Onboard camera not working anymore. Fix?

For some reason this option is not working today: the horizon is moving too much and it used to be solid. All I did was change from practice to hotlap and back. ???

I have checked the Video View option:
Tick the option in the view tab for 'Lock onboard camera to horizon'.

What file is this control stored in so I can go check that its getting set?

Opps, user error. I had the wrong camera view selected. The one that looks down the front of the car instead of the Onboard camera. Dummy....
