P.S. Pukekohe's layout has been slightly updated since the aerial shot you're using was taken - there wasn't enough run-off at the end of the back straight for the V8 Supercars, so they had to do something without ruining the track - and this was their solution:

As far as chicanes go, this one isn't that bad - the track has been made very wide and there are multiple lines through the corner, promoting overtaking.

It's Potrero de los Funes in Argentina. It's in an extinct volcano's crater and looks really cool . I think it was made for some sims but I'm yet to try it...
