Here is a team designed in short time for a world title tilt. The McLaren looks fast, low, wide and very powerful, clearly perfectly designed for the two drivers in charge of it, Manolis Sigolakis and Florin Diaconescu. The team scored the prized signing of Sigolakis quite recently, enabling Diaconescu to be able to leave Red Bull and join his 'own' team at McLaren. While Sigolakis isn't 100% certain of getting a season done, it can be said that his 'number 2' at the team is well suited to step up, seeing that it is a very similar atmosphere to RBR. While constructors may be just beyond reach, there is no reason why Diaconescu can't go one better than last year, at the very least add to his two victories from last season.

Finally the wait is over: The car of the constructor-champions of the last year is revealed. The car was presented in Vara, Sweden, the home of SimBim, the new main sponsor of the team. Thats why tthe car now has to their main colours red, black and white (grey) now an additional blue. Remarkable is that the car looks quite clean in reference to the aero and the other revealed cars. Especially the nose looks very aerodynamical, remebers a bit at the old Arrows from 1997.

OR is the first team with Pirelli tyres, which were used last year, too. An Advantage?
As last year the etam uses the reliable Ferrari engine.
But the most important message for the OR fans is, that racing-legend Omer Said is finally confirmed as second driver beside Ben Utzer. The message is clear: The team wants to fight for both championchips.

Perhaps we could have Canon Williams Team, Scuderia Ferraro Marlboro and Camel Team Lotus Honda to add to this spectacular list of classic Teams and Cars .

Good reference as well since F1 2013 will include classic Teams and Cars
