I asked Yoeri this earlier. He said i'm fine to Qualify and then Somone else start. We would driver swap in warmup. But he said its our own risk and if it dosen't pick up my qualifying and puts us at the back admins won't fix the issue.

You must be in spectator mode .

As I understand it the qualifying driver is the driver that should start the race and all drivers that do not start the race should have left the server by the time qualifying starts.
