RD500 2010 (rFactor)

After last years first ever RD500 we are looking in organizing this one day event again for 2010.

Some facts:

• 500km oval race
• End of May 2010
• CART98 as the mod of choice
• Oval circuit to be decided (bring on some good suggestions of legal highspeed rF ovals please)
• 30 licensed members with a RD ranking (minimum of five races at RD)
• Broadcasted live?

So how about it?

Very much, still waiting on some good tracks to come to the surface. No legal Indy out there?

i found this Indy track some time back but i can´t figure out if it´s legal or who made it

Well we can do RD500 in 2 format
500 Miles, which is 200 laps on Jacksonville
or 502 km, which is 125 laps

or we could do Orchard Lake

those 2 tracks are the options if we do not get a legal Indy

Thats not a real oval but more a normal track with a few banked corners

I say we go with Jacksonville it´s great track and we had some fun last time there so why not make it a yearley event

Unfortuantly we might be able to run under green for long periods but some of the drivers won't have driven with us in ARCA races. Only way to get around this problem is to have oval races in rfactor for people to bond and to know each others limit's.
