I downloaded them and believe I have put them in the correct folder and I don't know how to find them in game. Pls tell me how to properly set it ingame.

Choose AMG 2020 and choose skin (remember check all, not only official).
If your game don't have 2020 DLC, then need to buy it.

I just got the DLC and I still don't see it. Was I supposed to extract it somewhere?

when you choose the car, make sure the filter all is turn on (red bracket), if not the custom skin will not appear. just click it and select all (I believe that your setup is 'official' not 'all').
if still do not appear, mean wrong folder you throw the skin files.

I put the skins in Livery and put the Cars in Cars folder. Is that what I am not supposed to do? Could you tell me step by step how you did it?
