Renault R4 GTL no outside sound!! Please help

The Renault R4 mod by J3D (RENAULT 4L CUP 1.2) has no outside sound in my case. I have CM. But I don't want to replace that sound with a sound from an other car. Inside sound I have. I have latest AC version.

How can you fix this issue then?

It's an old mod probably, so the sound file would need to be redone. You'd need to talk to the mod creator, @J3D MODDING if he can help you. The car is not for download on his page though.
