PC1 Renault Sport DLC coming up!

SMS just posted a couple of new screenshots on their Instagram page, showcasing the upcoming Renault Sport DLC.

Formula Renault 3.5

The release date as well as some more content of the DLC has possibly been leaked already by the french Renault Sport Website:

Le jeu vidéo Project CARS poursuit son programme de mises à jour régulières et de publication de nouveaux contenus, avec la sortie du Renault Sport Car Pack, comprenant une Renault Sport R.S. 01, une Formule Renault 3.5, une Mégane R.S. 275 Trophy-R et une Mégane Trophy V6.

Le Pack Renault Sport sera disponible le 22 Décembre prochain.

The RS01 looks fantastic. A better looking R8 essentially. But the A442B is highest on my list. If its 4 cars and no tracks, I'm hoping its cheaper that $5. (Although I do have the latest dividend in my paypal account...)

I would have liked to see the 90's BTCC Megane touring car. The green NESCAFE one. Or was that the Laguna?

Different teams at Codies, different licenses. What they have done with DR is phenomenal, but a big ask to return to a lost series.

So hoping the 275 is soo much more realistic than the 265. having had a 265 IRL and then 'trying' in game.. very disappointed.

p.s. I know the trophy is a different version/genre BTW... just hoping it more on the money!

I totally agree Paul, I've got a R26 and although it is a older car I expected the 265 to feel something like it and it's not even close. It's just a understeering pig which IRL the Renault Sport cars are anything but, there is no lift off oversteer it is just totally wrong. With the LSD it actually grips harder when you accelerate mid corner but in the game it just does the opposite.

I am looking forward to this pack though being a Renault fanboy.

So far I am loving the cars the RS.01 is awesome so much more fun to drive than a GT3 car.

Some nice detail I noticed after I binned the A442B the V6 engine is nicely done.
