rFactor 2/ Accuforce calibaration issue

Hi there
im using Accuforce , and for whatever reason cant find any reasonable calibration to the sim
I have download few settings from the "owners club" and when I launch the sim from the SC4 I have a very stiff handling and not accurate . on every type of settings
when I launch it without SC4 , its a bit better , but wheel needs to be on sort of not in the middle , and "travel" is longer in-game . tried to reduce degrees but it didn't help

any idea guys ??
