F1 2011 Rivals

Im new to this game people are talking about beating their rivals and choosing their rivals can anyone tell me how do and when can you choose rivals.

When you get to Spa i think it is, the Press would ask you who do you think is your main rival at the moment. (This will be based or the Drivers Championship. You can pick 1 of the 3 drivers and your target at the end of the season is to finish ahead of them in the Drivers championship.

If you achieve this and beat your rival at the end of the season their team will offer you their seat at the team.

It worked this way in 2010. In 2011 beating rival DON'T mean you are taking offer. They can assign you, but if they don't want to... Do not be suprised when contract offer won't appear.
