How can I install it?

If you have Content Manager, then drag the zip file into CM and press the green button in the top right corner and click install. Or you can install it manually - go to assettocorsa folder, and follow the folder structure from the zip and copy the files there.
But you need the RSS Formula Hybrid 2022 mod for this to work, as this is only a livery
