Finally I tested this tool and it doesn't work for me.
I got the dialog to set the settings for all my buttons (the D-Pad input was not accepted), but ingame the assigned buttons doesn't work so I can't use it (e.g. no gearshift). De-installed anything works again, so I will skip this tool.

One of the biggest gripes with SLRE is the sound design, anyone know if it's possible to mod new sounds in?

Its a real shame but I Don't think many play it hence why it's not getting modded?

Yes I could, but it simply doesn't work in the car. No clue why.

Yes, I've tried everything. Only auto-shifting works.

I don't think you are going to get anything good out of that. You could try i guess

Last I tried paddle shifters on T300 didn't work but H-shifter TH8A worked. I was thinking about some vJoy but I have no experience with it and FFB will probably not work so I didn't even try.

Once it's finished downloading, I see no reason why not. But as I type, well.... It's not the smallest package!

2.5MB/s is a painful download speed - mercifully I only have to live with it for 2 more weeks...

Just some bullet points like graphics, handling, wheel support.
It's Milestone so nobody expects miracles, I tried the demo last year but it was impossible to play so I'm hoping that it's better now.
