SC2 small diameter wheel extension

Hi all, I'm looking for a small diameter wheel extension for my Simucube 2 (standard 70mm bolt pattern). The reason for this is to get my monitor as low as possible (SC2 column is pretty thick). Does anyone know where to get something like this in Europe?

The best thing would be a custom SC2 3 bolt pattern to 6x 70mm extension to bypass SC2 QR (I want to buy D1SPEC QR when I get a second wheel) - it would be pricey though.

Here's an idea:

Simucube 2 SQR Extension

Extended my Mige because I wanted my triple screens at 52cm. Needed the extra space above the shaft because I build an DIY sfx-100 Motion Rig. Just bought a second steering wheel adapter and a 20cm long 22mm shaft.

A while ago I got a private message from the author of the above post showing an updated view. It's two servo clamp bushings with a steel rod between them. He also installed a 3d printed plastic spacer to reduce EMI. I think your arrangement would be: sc2 motor > sc2 QR > servo clamp 1 > shaft > servo clamp 2 > spacer > wheel side QR (if you use it) > button plate (if you use it) > wheel.

Thank you for the idea R Soul, finally a friend from work made it for me from one piece of aluminum on a lathe.
Unfortunately, my new monitor is too thick on the bottom and doesn't fit between adapter plates, so I had to mount it upside down. It works great, I'm using D1Spec quick release as well (same one is used in Simagic wheels), I removed Simucube QR entirely.
