I tried to make skin black, but I didn't find right sfc color I guess, so now it is grey. If you find way to make it black, feel free to tell me and I can update the mod.

It's not drag & drop installation, you need to open toro_rosso erp file with erp archiver and find decals, paints sfc and numbers and import new versions from the file you downloaded

Yes! I would like to know how to extract the ERP image

If you want to extract example number from toro rosso you go to toro_rosso erp file and find number you want, and select it. Then press texture and then extract and select location and then find right mipmaps
