Setups: Do they work in Assetto Corsa Competizione Early Access?

I can't seem to save my setups.
If they work in early access - please state how to save them.

The save screen brings you to the load screen, you have to click the tab to get to the "save" tab.

Confusing and unnecessary but it works.

I also don't really understand how it works.

As I stated for assigning the gear change on my wheel, such "problem" are unnecessary in 2018, including early access, just because it is for sure "easy" to correct.

How can the "kunos" team not have seen that the preset saving is so strange at the moment ?

(I like the idea of having base preset for different conditions including hotlaps, but it should works without any doubt)

Dude, it's Early Access: nothign is finished or even polished. Features are missing.

And they very clearly state on their forum that the focus is on compatibility right now.
