Just wanted to say thanks for this mod being created and to Jon c for all his work. I spent 1988 to 1990 watching these cars in the BTCC all around the UK. Wonderful!!!

Thanks to original Rfactor creators of touring car legends for all the models, and ron123 of trackaholics for the conversion to GTR2, they have done all the hard work, I have just switched them to GTL and made small adjustments and basic icons and biks. although GTL was never meant for these later cars, its an old sim now so why not. thanks for your post, glad you enjoy them in GTL.

Fixes /Addons/upgades

Sierra RS500 converted to gtl by JC. v1.01
V1.01 update
Added 540bhp engine, and gearbox ratios.
Added 12 more skins with 540bhp engine.
Fixed slipping clutch on higher bhp cars.
Reworked driveline for higher bhp cars better clutch, gearing.
Sound update. some custom sounds. tyres grass etc.
Adjusted hand to gearshift position.
Emap dds paint,glass,plastics etc graphics update. (if you do not like the shiny cars just remove emap dds files).
INSTALL: Delete old GameData/Teams/GTC-TC-76/RS500...

Thanks Jon. Towards the end of this era I suppose there'd be more than 550-600 bhp to use.
Got a book on Sierra Cosworths but doesn't give total bhp in 1991.

I just added 540bhp to some of them, they seem to be a pretty good, Tyres need a couple of laps to get some grip. normal with the cossie due to lack of tyre width.
Hope you like the update, done what I could with what is a 10 year old graphical model.

Jon I see that you have deleted a mod for the Sierras. Would you like me to delete the copy I downloaded yesterday??

I deleted it because sounds have been added to mod with some improvements, so yes can be deleted. original mod is still in version history.
