Solar glare issue due to custom shader patch

Hey,
I have a problem since I have the custom sharder patch, I have a problem is that I'm always dazzled by the sun no matter what their day and the weather I put, so either I have to ride at night or in the rain. I suspect it's in the will of realism but I wonder if there is not a setting because it's unplayable.
and when I put at 12 o'clock (time of the day when I'm the least dazzled) the track becomes white and I can't see the textures anymore.
