Some problem with dedicated server

I spent a lot of time solving this problem. And didn't find any solutions.

I have a static IP. I enabled port forwarding for UDP 9231 and TCP 9232. I tried forwarding other ports. No changes. Help... Please...

I had exactly the same issue.
What solved it for me was setting the same port for TCP and UDP on server level and creating one port forwarding rule on the router that allowed both protocols.
Hope this helps somebody...
