Some track problems

I've converted a track from rfactor to GTR Evo, but I have some problems:

1st: Every track I've converted has no horizon. How can I add them?

2nd: Sometimes the cars spawn somewhere unter the track, where they are falling endless. Sometime a car spawn correct, the next time it doesn't. How can I fix this?
