Squeaky CSR Elite Throttle

I've noticed over the past few months that my throttle pedal has started squeaking when I come off full throttle. I suspect it's the Allen key bolts that provide the pedal pivot points, because I tried tightening them today and it made the squeaking go away, however after an hours use the squeaking started to reappear again. A few weeks ago I also tried spraying some WD-40 on the contact points of those bolts and it made a very minor difference.

The pedals themselves work perfectly fine, it's just the squeaking is quite annoying as it's actually quite loud.

Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to address it?
