PC2 Starter, ignition, pit limit, pit request

Does this game feature controls for starter, ignition, pit limit and pit request?
Do you always have to start the electronics and the engine manually, is it an automatic process or is there a manual / automatic option?
Same for pit limit. Are you force tod manually disable and enable it, is it automatic or can you choose?

Yes you can do it all manually. Set them to manual in the gameplay options or server setup options than assign each buttom to your wheel or device.

If a server you join does not have manual pit speed limiter or manual pits enabled you will be forced to use there game settings.

As regard the pit speed limiter, I must say I always play offline. Then, the pit speed limiter is...?
- off by default
- on but automatically switches off when you leave pits (eg Assetto Corsa)
- on and forcing you to use a key or button to switch it off (rFactor 2)

You need to turn it on and off yourself when using manual pit stops.

FYI the starter and ignition only come into play if you stall the car out on track (and if the option is enabled). When you first get in your car in the pits it's already running and you don't need to use the ignition and starter like you do in R3E.

In PC2, you have two options for pitstops:

• Fully automatic where the pit limiter and pit driving is done by the AI
• Fully manual where the user handles the pit limiter and pit driving
