F1 2019 Steam and other setups

This is my first codemasters F1 game. How are steam workshop downloaded setup files to be installed, and other setup files installed?

I believe you need to be in the game, and from the setup screen select the load from workshop option.

There is no way to download a setup file as an actual setup file, all your setups are stored in a single, encrypted file inside the game's steam/userdata folder.

This is something I also miss from rFactor 2/AC, as their setup management makes life a lot easier than Codemasters do.
