Strange behavior with fps...

Hi all.

I was playing this game, and everything was going really well, I had hundreds of fps all over the place.

Yesterday I decided to make some laps, and suddenly the fps where low, like really low...

Now I can't race, I'm getting 40~45 fps at 1080p, and with low shadows and only seeing 20 cars... It is really strange, my machine should be enough to play it really well and in fact, is only showing a 20~25% usage of the gpu...

Funny thing is, I don't have any stutter like I was having before
