If you use Content Manager you can put "custom particles" for wet weather. It's simply tyre smoke but the effect is ok. If you don't have CM, you have to change some lines in a file, but in this moment i don't remember what file is it and in this manner you have to switch manually every time the file of tyre smoke when you go from a wet track to a dry track.
