Tracks surface shiny

Hi all!

I've downloaded a Baku 2019 mod track for AC and it drives amazing but look at the track! Some parts are like mirrors!

When i look at youtube vids with this mods, it seems it doesn't do this on every pc? Is it a setting? What do i do? Seems the lines are there, only surface texture looks like a NHL field.

Is this fixed already? I have also the problem even with a proper config
Maybe CSP 1.73 fault?

Looks more like the track surface is not being rendered than a mirror to me. Could be something wrong with the road itself or the lines painted on it.
