Suzuka graphic issues with sky

Hi all, I got problems with new Suzuka track. The sky seems to "turn on and off" when on track so there are zones with clear light and them others with a more cloudy colors (darker) and it's like flashing, not always the same zones are dark or light.

All settings maxed out. Running at 100FPS in free practice. Windows 10. Gtx 660.

According to these specs on 25 cards only the EVGA uses 3072 MB memory on their GTX-660.
