Do you have installed a weather Mod?
I had this problem a few months ago.

Install the weather mod again. I had this when I installed the trackpack with included weather mod over the storm mod.. After installing the storm mod again the problems where solved

ALKMNDZA after copying & pasting the files in the game's folder, is the mod already active? or should I press Scroll Lock to activate it? Though, when I press Scroll Lock, after copying & pasting the files for the first time, the graphics get worst. So I press again Scroll Lock.
