TC and ABS

When you use TC and ABS you can change the settings from 1 to 12 in some cases, and wonder if i use the weakest TC settings what are the ai using?
Can i change the setting for them to or does the always use the lowest setting with no spin at all?
Because i rarely se them lose traction.

doesn`t really matter what TC they are using as they, eventhough using same physics as player, are profiting from artifitial stability system coded specialy for AI ... where there is artifitial force applied in oposite direction when spin might occure
