Which one has the more accurate car performance modelling? Is TCM an accurate recreation of the relative performances, or a tweaked version to provide parity for racing leagues?

Is there a Mazda RX7 PP (Bathurst) circa 81/82/83/84 add on car available anywhere?

TCL is more real-life accurate than Touring Masters (which you erroneously refer to as TCM), Touring Masters is balanced for leagues, while retaining car characteristics.

Although TCL is not 100% accurate by any means. The answer to your next question is no, there is no Mazda RX7 Group C about that I am aware of.
