F1 2018 Team Offers

A bit late to the game this year & currently doing 100% races. Only at France right now so my question is, as the opposition respect bars fill, have automatic team offers been completely removed this year or do we have the option of contractual negotiations alongside automatic team offers toward the end of each season? ie: If I ignored the manual contract negotiations, would I receive an automatic offer from a team who are impressed enough, as it was in 2017? Can't seem to find anything on Google either....

No, you have to change by selecting another team during the manual contract negotiation. In F1 2018 there are no automatic offers from other teams at all.
