Texture mapping, so near but yet....

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful. I dont need a whole tutorial on texture mapping but I'm just
about Googled out trying to find, that once one has a page of textures and a txt file of the coordinates, where and in what sort of file do you put the coordinates. Probably an xml with something, somewhere? Or am I barking up the wrong tree.
Hopefully with thanks. And dont tell me you cant do that in EVO - please!
 
Thankyou ehrlrc. miamiak - 'page of textures' = texture atlas & 'txt file' = UV coords of said texture atlas, written down so I don't loose em, while I find out what to do with them.
