Thompson Kpn tg789nv Router ... how to open ports

Here my attempt to show you how to open port on a kpn router..

ok ive done this for a sim KARTRACE PRO but it applies to all...
first make a folder name kartRrace Pro
manual entry box ticked
hit next

now input the the ports

click the add button
If you want to open up a series of ports just alter the lower input box to the end number.... eg you want to open the ports between these numbers 61000-62000... you input it so it looks like this
61000...........
...........61000
62000............

click the add button

click the add button
you now have to add 1 on the end of kartRace pro now it reads KartRace Pro1

click on apply
now your going to... Assign a game or aplication to a network devise

note that the uPnP box is ticked and the extended sercurity is unticked
click on blue box to open it up scroll down and find KartRace Pro1 andmake sure box reads eigenaar pc then click add

now click the apply button

you end up with this....
hope this might help... its works on this modem watch out for ip change....
ports will close.. if it doesnt say eigenaar pc .. your ip is not good
you will lose info if Router resets itself...
