Thrustmaster T300 RS GT causing power surge

Hello Community,

recently ive been getting the error message
"Unknow USB Device is using too much power etc etc." ive figured it was the T300 rs gt usb since whenever i unplugged it the error would stop. it has worked fine all this time now all of the sudden it doesnt, this is extremely annoying and i would be more that grateful for any advice.

ive uploaded a picture from the internet covering my exact issues.

hey,

seems to have been my ebay handbrake all along, not my steering wheel. whenever i plug in my handbrake the notification pops up. an update is physically impossible (in my eye) due to the fact that the device simply doesnt get recognised anymore because of the error.

Connect this handbrake to the USB3.1 gen2 or USB3.2 port, these generation can provide more power, then an USB2 or 3 version.

im very aware of mentioned. the handbrake still causes the exact same issue.

If power over the USB connection is the problem here, then a powered USB hub could be an solution.
I do not know if there is any review on this handbrake, sometimes the solution can be read on buyers review.

ive already tried a usb hub, same issue continues
