Thrustmaster TH8A : QUestion

Hello guys, I bought the TH8A shifter in december 2016 and I encounter a unpleasant sensation in sequential mod since 1 week.
Are there some people who have a little "dead zone" / movement when the shifter is in the neutral position in sequential mod? The gap is around 5 mm in direction of the + or the -.

I try to find a solution to reduce this but I cannot find where I have to fix.
