Thrustmaster TS-PC ffb problem

Hello! I have a problem with the Thrustmaster TS-PC. I exchanged the original wheel for another and now there is no FFB (in every game) Control Panel if i put TEST- nothing. I have to restart the steering wheel several times and sometimes it doesn't help either, I have to restart the computer as well. Why is this happening? All upgrades have been made to the steering wheel. But yes, the problem started when I replaced the original wheel with another one. Please help, it's so disturbing
