Hello, can anyone help me, Tires are colored and invisible , i don't no what this is but i hope you can help me

I am assuming you are on PC ....

Remove any mods, especially tyre mods.

Verify your game cache on Steam, this will fix the game files, remove mods, and perhaps fix your problem.
